Release of 'Ke Ghar ke Dera' directed by Pradeep Rimal. This was the first film made by Royal
Nepal Film Institute in collaboration with a private producer, Jay Ajim Film Production. 'Ke Ghar
ke Dera' is also considered to be Nepal's first comedy film. Shubha Bahadur Sunam and
Shambhujit Baskota jointly composed music for this film. The film starred Puran Joshi, Sharmila
Malla and Maha duo.
