Release of 'Kusume Rumal' directed by Tulasi Ghimire. This was the first Nepali film to run for
25 weeks and celebrate a silver jubilee. Udit Narayan Jha had acted for the first time in this film,
which also starred Bhuwan KC and Tripti in leading roles.
